All about me...

My profile photo

I was born in Dublin in 1982. I was educated in St Michael's College and after my Leaving Certificate, I went on to achieve an honours Bachelor of Science degree in Software Systems. I continued my education by studying e-Learning and I was awarded a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing in e-Learning and a Masters in Learning Technologies.

In late 2006, I moved to Galway from Dublin to take up a support position with Rock Solid Systems. In June 2010, I joined Footfall as a systems developer where my focus is designing their websites and CRM system. I specialise in web programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. I like to work with open source technology and platforms such as Ubuntu, GIMP, jQuery, Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal to name a few. Information Technology is not only my profession, it extends as a hobby ranging from developing websites to building and maintaining computers. I am continually looking to expand my knowledge in the Information Technology sector.

I am also involved with a number of voluntary organisations including the ISPCC, Turn2me, and the PWDI.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, swimming, and swing dancing.
