30 Day Lindy Hop Challenge – Day 22: Favourite city to dance in
This is difficult because I have danced in quite a number of places that I have really thoroughly enjoyed. There are however two close contenders for my favourite city to dance in. One is my home city of Galway and the other is Edinburgh. Galway is a fabulous city where regardless of the day or time of year, there always seems to be something on that people can enjoy and very often it could be a dance-related event. Since I started swing dancing about four years ago, I have travelled to Edinburgh on four separate occasions for dance events. The events I attended in Edinburgh were a combination of workshops and exchanges. These experiences have left me with fond memories of Edinburgh.
Who knows where the swing scene will bring me to next.
