30 Day Lindy Hop Challenge – Day 25: The last night I went dancing

This should have been published yesterday, but unfortunately time did not permit me to do so. I was working in the afternoon and I then had to get myself organised for a swing / blues dance social in the Galway Rowing Club. As of yesterday, the last night I went dancing was Friday night in De Burgos. The night consisted of a blues class taught by Hazel Crimmins. After the class, most people then stuck around for social blues dancing and a chat.

It was a really nice vibe on Friday night. It was a relaxed and fun atmosphere hanging out and dancing with friends.

The Saturday night dancing (partially to blame for delay in publishing this article) was another relaxed and fun night. The DJs on the night were Hazel Crimmins and Craig Vanaman who played a combination of swing and blues tunes. The DJs were followed by a live blues set by Ivor Curley and Niall Conroy.

Overall it’s been a great weekend of dancing.
