Happy Birthday Frankie Manning
Frankie Manning was one of the most influential figures within the world of swing dancing and a driving force behind it’s revival. Sadly, he died one month before his 95th birthday. He will never be forgotten because swing dancers around the world pay fitting tributes each year on his birthday. This video, involving dancers from Dublin, Cork, Galway, the UK, and Slovenia, is for his 99th birthday. This video was shot in Galway, Ireland by Galway Swing and was edited by local film maker, Christian Craughwell. Enjoy!
