7 Habits of Highly Effective People

The 7 habits of highly effective people is a popular book by Stephen Covey containing great advice which can not only be applied in peoples’ working lives, but in their personal lives too. The key message is that to be highly effective and even highly successful, people need to be in the correct mindset.

  5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood
